OB Triage-MDM which category for a test

Hello,

I'm coding for OB triage outpatient. I'm confused if I should count NST or US as a Test Category I to decide MDM level. The provider orders the NST (59025) and reviews the results and documented in the note. May I have some assistance in how to count this or not count it to decide.
