Hi friends,

Please suggest me coding the below scenerio with 76815,76820,76819..or suggest me billing those 3 codes same day ,is that possible or there is a complication technically or against coding rules...

Ultrasound evaluation of a gravid uterus demonstrates a single live
intrauterine pregnancy in cephalic presentation. Thecervix is partially
obscured by the fetal calvarium but is felt tomeasure approximately 3.7 cm in
length on transabdominal images. The placenta is anterior in location with no
evidence of placenta previa.Subjectively low amniotic fluid volume with an AFI
measuring 6.8 cm.Fetal cardiac activity is identified with the fetal heart
ratemeasured at 130 beats per minute. Umbilical arterysystolic-to-diastolic ratios are mildly elevated measuring between2.62 and 3.05
Biophysical profile:Fetal tone measured 2 out of 2 Fetal breathing measured 2 out of 2Fetal movements measured 2 out of 2 Amniotic fluid volume measured 2 out of 2.
 
By definition in CPT it cannot be a 76815.
From the information you gave, you should definitly bill the 76819 and 76820.
