Hi Everybody,

Question regarding OB global billing- one of the doctors in our group did
a c section delivery for a patient that delivered @ 26weeks-we saw her
for 5 prenatal visits--Can we bill global for this ???

I would suggest splitting out the billing; prenatal visits with 59425 if 5 prenatal visits were done and 59514 for the c-section delivery. Also remember to bill out the postpartum charge if your provider sees the pt for that.
