Okay OB world, need a little coding help from a ortho coder. Below is the scenerio, not quit sure what DX to put on this. It is a medicaid patient.

the patient presents with a consultation for prenatal club feet. she is in her 3rd trimester, a 2nd trimester ultrasound revealed B/L clube feet in a young male. There are no other abnormalities of this unborn child.

ortho doctore spent 20 mins consultation.

Not sure what dx code to use.

You cannot code for the baby yet as the baby is still inside the mom, you need to code the mom using a code from chapter 11 that indicates with fetal abnormality.
