I have a bariatric provider that sees patients for pre-op and weight management services only, she does not do any bariatric surgery. I am pretty new to coding for this type of service, are there any guidelines or links anyone can help with?

I know the G0447 can only be used by itself correct? Not with an E/M. I would appreciate any advice!!
