OBGYN is performing the 74740 within the office. Radiologist in interpreting this procedure. Please advise if the Modifiers 26 or TC should accompany these codes, even if it is performed within the Office? Thank you very much!

If you are performing the ultrasound and then sending it to b read by a radiologist, your office uses the TC modifier on the ultrasound code.
