What does EOM full mean and no ocular injection mean? I have looked them up and can't find the correct meanings. i know what EOM means but full?

EOM full means that there is no restrictions in the eye movements, all muscle are working correctly. As for "ocular injection" I would have to say that it means no infections going on in the eye.

Correct. EOM full means Extraocular motility full and concomittant-expained by annette above. Usually with injection the ophthalmologist is referrring to conjunctival injection or 'red eye'
