Can anyone tell me the exact documentation I should have for cardiac short stay to bill OBS? I may see OBS written on face sheet and have H&P but thats about it. No dated and timed order sheet from provider. I have been told several different things. Does anyone have any information? Thank you in advance for any information you have :)
