I handle the billing and coding for a Free Standing ER in Texas. The doctors are wanting to know if we can bill for observation services.

Is this possible to do this in this setting?
 
Just looking for some insight, what Place of Service code would you use on Freestanding Emergency Clinic?

Not sure and I am completely new at this.
Thought maybe you would have some knowledge and be able to point me in some direction. :)
