Couple of questions:

1. Pt has a procedure with no global period on 07/16/2015 stays overnight and discharged on 07/17/2015. Can we bill 99217 for the discharge?

2. Pt has a procedure with no global period on 07/16/2015, 07/17/2015 pt has N&V or Altered Mental status stays an extra day, 07/18/2015 pt is discharged. Can I use 99224-99226 for 07/17 and 99217 for 07/18?

3. Pt went from our office to be admitted to OBS on 07/21, had procedure on 07/23, discharged on 07/24. Pt was not transitioned to IP. How would we bill for that?
