Hello,

I have a question regarding a coding scenario in an observation status. I am preparing for my CPC exam and I am confused on how to code the attached note.
If we count one of the GI complaints listed in the CC (diarrhea, emesis), can I count it again as GI review of systems or are we not allowed to credit it under CC and ROS both?
