Hi, I need some advice on coding for facility observation. There is so much information out there and I am more confused then ever. For observation after OP surgery I have the rules down but for when the patient comes in for CP or other such symptoms, what CPT or HCPCS codes are used? Can any of you answer questions and guide me to a reliable resource for observation. Thank you so much. :)
