Hello all,
Is anyone billing CPT 99218 with 27446 (partial knee) or 27447 (total knee) and if so do you report units per hour after midnight (overnight stay)...E/M code states 30 minutes are spent???

Bill 27446/ or 27447
AND
99218 (midnight-6am) 6 units
