Wiki OBV and CRITICAL CARE??

A patient had a full work up in our ED & was admitted to our Chest Pain OBV unit by Doc A. While awaiting cardiac consult for potential inpt admission, the patient coded & Doc B states 42 minutes critical care. (in addition to ACLS protocol details, etc) The patient ultimately expired before inpt admission.
The correct OBV codes are 99220 and 99217 as total obv time was over 2 dates but is 99291 ALSO billable?
