Hi there!!
I am an RN at an Occupation Medicine practice, in my past life I was a CPC (still certified) so I have been assisting with some auditing and billing questions. Does anyone out there work for an occ med practice that bills strictly worker's comp or the employer? We are a fairly new practice. I am just looking for what others do for CPT, lead provider thinks time based billing is best but isn't always applicable in my opinion. Just reaching out to see if anyone else has knowledge in occ med billing.
