Hello,

I am having trouble determining which code would be best so any insight will help. What is the best CPT code to use to use for a Basic Physical with Urinalysis dip and a Fit for duty physical. I am looking at CPT 99450-99456 but not 100% sure which one I should use for the basic physical. As for the fit for duty physical, I am at a lose on that one. Please help!
