A teenage girl comes in for OCP's, no complaints. She had a normal PE 2 months prior. Another brief exam was done along with OCP counseling. 20 min total time. What CPT & ICD codes would you use? I tried 99401 with V25.01(general counseling presription OCP). It was denied as "not covered for this diagnosis". Thanks.
