Hello,

It has come to my attention that the billing of OCTs and/or fundus photos are being denied as not medically necessary, or in some cases, no auth - is there an easy way to see which insurances have issues with these procedures? The doctor likes billing visit and tests the same day, but we're getting a lot of denials. I've looked at insurance sites, and am not sure where the information would be found.
