Anyone using this product as a clearinghouse? I understand that it is a free service...my questions are vast. How is customer service? How are the aging reports thru Practice Mate? Can you choose to drop some claims to paper in the office (mva/ w comp/ COB)? Please email me at my office bodyworks@dr.com or respond on here.
