I have coded for an office based radiology lab in the past, but it was brief. Was wondering if anyone here had some helpful info that I could reach out to or get responses here. For the first OBL I coded for, if the patient had any imaging done prior to the interventional procedure like lower extremity arteriogram, we couldn't bill the 75710/75716 or 75625/75630. Also, any info for coding/billing OBL's would be great! Thanks!
