I was told today that there are different codes for Specialist to use for
office visits. Instead of the 99202...99212... I am not ware of this any
one else?
 
Consultation codes: 99241-99245, if the patient is referred by another provider, and you send a report back to the referring/requesting provider and your documentation indicates patient Smith was referred by Dr. Williams for evaluation of _____.
