How do I bill for 17 week ob delivered in office? Do i use the correct EM code for visit and dx as missed AB?
 
For Medical treatment of spontaneous complete abortion you can use EM codes.As per your scenario that is miscarriage and should be coded from cpt 59820 if documentation support missed abortion.
