I am coding 4 lesion removals performed in the office by currette. The Path report came back with the following dx
Seborrheic keratosis
Intradermal Nevus
Verrucous Keratosis
I was going to code 17110 x 1, with dx 702.19 and 216.6. The note indicates that the lesions had changed colors, size and bleeding. I believe that is what makes it non-cosmetic, however, how do I reflect that in my code selection? Do you agree with the procedure and dx codes selected so far or do you feel others would be more appropriate? Thanks for any input
