Family practice, patient comes in for office visit to get rx refilled, while there gets a 8/4combo dexamethasone injection for arm. So we bill E&M, injection 96372 and the product J1094 which is for 1MG. I can bill E&M with mod 25, 96372 and J1094. Correct? Also if using the 8/4 dexamethsone combo, usually given as 1ML, 1.5ML, or 2ML how does that translate to units with J10941 1MG? Would appreciate any insight. thanks.
