Wiki Office visit billed with 93624

Hello all. Can I bill an Office visit/EKG with 93624 (electrophysiologic study)? Is the office visit included in the study? Insurance is paying the study and not the OV. Any help is appreciated. Thank you

If E&M is significant and separately identifiable evaluation and management service did you add modifier 25 to the office visit?
