Wiki Office visit denial with B12 injection

I am having several rejected claims (not all insurances) that do not want to pay for an office visit that has a modifier 25 on it with an injection code for the B12 and the administration code. It's stating that they are bundled or are considered components of the same procedure. But when I try to take the modifier off and send a corrected claim back it I get a denial code of being unbundled. Can someone help me out with this?
