If the provider sees a patient for other diagnosis issues (HTN, Diabetes, etc.) and he is also in for his prostate screen wouldn't the office visit be covered with the Modifier 25?

99213-25
G0102


Female:
99212-25 (Other diagnosis issues)
G0101 and Q0091
These are covered together correct?
