We are trying to get our drug screens paid by workers comp and are having some issues. A problem we have is that we do quantitative screens and I do not see a code for this. We do an assay for testing of drugs and it appears to me that we should be billing the G0431, but it says "qualitative" in the description and we do quantitative. Can anyone help me with how to bill these correctly so that we get paid for these tests.
