Wiki OHP 85025 Denial

We are running into an issue with OHP (Oregon Health Plan) denying screening CBCs. 85025 with Dx Z13.0. They say that Z13.0 is an informative code only.... no idea how they figure that but I'm trying to find a different screening code that may work and I'm not having any luck. OHP is not helpful at all in this issue.
Any ideas?
