Wiki Old assymetry diagnosis

The opthalmologist at my facility uses the diagnosis, "Old assymetry" at times. Is there a ICD-9 code that is best used to describe this?
 
My best guess is: Other disorders of optic nerve 377.49. Optic assymetry-whether old or not, just means the cup-to-disk (C/D) ratios of the optic nerves are different. This is not, of itself, indicative of disease but it is not a normal occurance. Normally the C/D ratios of both eyes are the same. Unless the Dr specifically states 'glaucoma suspect' I would not code for it.
