Fractured ankle 4 years ago, never healed.

Patient now has sprained her ankle again.

Diagnosis: Recurrent ankle sprain with old nonunited avulsion off of the distal fibula. Also spained the peroneal tendon.

My question is do I code a nonunited fracture 733.82?

845.00 - Ankle sprain, 727.68 - Peroneal Tendon Sprain, do I code the nonunited fracture and a fracture care or just an E/M code? Would I need a Late Effect Code 905.4?
