Hi

Provider documented review and summarization of old records in his previous visit so at that time i considered that for 2 points in B table(Amount and/or Complexity Data to be Reviewed) but now i found the same review and summarization of old records has been documented in today's visit also. Should i again consider it for 2 points in B table
