Hello! We are now doing RFA's in our office and the provider is using Omnipaque 300 (per ml) Q9967. I cannot find the insurance HCPCS fee schedule anywhere for Q9967 so I can bill for the medication. Can someone please advise?

Thanks,
Leondra

I would like to know the answer to the same. This is for a client in Georgia (Rest of Georgia)
We found out it's not a recognized drug on Medicare's formulary. The provider would have to use a different medicine or you would have to try and send a purchase request to Medicare asking them to approve the medication in advice before your office purchase's it . You can continue using it just know the payors will not reimburse you for it. I hope this helps! Have a great day!
