We have a new provider that is doing OMT (OMM) and many of his patients are Medicare. We are Rural health so everything gets bundled into a one line item. If Medicare usually doesn't cover OMT, do we 1)have the pt sign an ABN and 2)do we still bundle the OMT code (98927 etc) with the E/M level?
