Wiki On-Line ICD-10 Proficiency Options?

I see there are 2 options offered for the on-line ICD-10 assessment course. One looks like it is on-line course only and the other is an on-line "bundle". Does anyone have an opinion on whether or not the less expensive on-line assessment is adequate enough?
