Wiki On-Line review management

Our group is looking for a program(s) to help with on-line management of reviews and/or ratings that pop up on some of the more popular sites (such as Google reviews, Healthgrades, Webmd, Doximity etc.). Presently, we are handling this manually; however, we would like to automate if possible.

I would appreciate it if anyone can recommend a software program or companies that you have used successfully. Additionally, if you have any strategies in responding or answering reviews.
