oncology coding class/references

I am a risk adjustment coder. Oncology charts are the most challenging for me. I am looking for references, such as classes, seminars, books etc., so I can learn to better code these charts. Thank you
 
There's a few resources mentioned in previous posts regarding the same topic. Also ASCO and ASTRO both have coding guidance on their website (these are the two main societies related to oncology). I believe they have print resources available as well. I've considered going through one of my docs to get it since they're members.
