Hello Everyone

I do have a list (13) of J codes for chemo. But I do not know what type of drugs? (Immunotherapy/Hormone therapy or Other)

How do you find out which one is hormone therapy or Immunotherapy?

If you do not know the answer can you tell me where can I get these information?
