I have a new client that provides chemotherapy in his Cancer Center.
He wants to bill as "outpatient setting" - 22 - and charge for the room by hour.
I have never done facility billing. Has anybody experience what CPT code to use
for room charge and which ICD-9 to link to it? (Billing to commercial payors such as Bluecross, Blueshield, etc and Medicare). Thanks for your help - Angie
