Patient is admitted to Outpatient in a Bed. Receiving Adriamycin in 1 liter of NS over a 24 hr. period w/ other pre-meds. How do I code the Adriamycin admin. ? Would 96413 & 96415 x 23 be correct, seems a bit extreem? 96416 would not work because a portable pump is not used.
