Hello, I'm looking for guidance on how to bill an arthrogram when one Radiologist performs the injection under fluoroscopy but a different Radiologist dictates the MRI. Payers are kicking these back stating the injection codes need to be on the same claim as the MRI but how do we manage this when they're done by different Radiologists? MRI is 73722, Arthrogram is 77002, 27093.
