Wiki Online Services?

Has anyone signed up to do online services for their Cigna and Aetna patients? Any other payors doing this yet? Do providers like interacting with patients via e-mail? Is the reimbursement worth the effort and fee you pay to RelayHealth? Anything else to add, good or bad?

Well I guess not! LOL Can you believe I posted this on about 6 different lists and did not get one single response... guess it hasn't caught on yet!
