Can anyone tell me how OP facilities/hospitals are billing (identifying) OP BMT, including revenue, type of bill and procedure codes for both ALLO and AUTO?

The only information I can locate is by the national marrow donor program 2012 that makes reference to rev code 819 and procedure code 38241. Can anyone confirm this information?
