Need help coding operative report:

Excision of Right Submandibular Angle Mass

Pathology report;

Soft tissue mass, submandibular angle
Lymph node, right neck x 2


This is what I came up with:
38510
38510-51
11446-51

Any help would be appreciated
 
You should only bill 38510 once as the descriptor states "node(s)" which means one or more. Also 11446 is for the excision of benign skin lesions, not soft tissue masses. So you should only code 38510.
