Kindly help me in coding the below procedure. Need urgent response.
Procedure:
The abdomen was draped and the stoma was marked .the skin excised and the muscle split ,the colon was identified and trasected using stapler size 35 ,the stoma was fashioned and tested but it was suspicious regarding its direction and gas insufflation was made through the rectum and part of it came through the colostomy bag so laparoscopy was decided upon which showed gross adhesions with the wrong direction ,the stoma was refashioned and placed in the right direction and confirmed with laparoscopy again,optical ports closed with 0 vicryl,skin with monicryl.
