Need advice on complicated case. Dr did wide local excision of skin and soft tissue peritoneum making 12cm incision over dome of seroma capsule.pt had a 10cm hernia sac with seroma within it....resection done of hernia sac and seroma...closure with sutures. 15 french drain placed in subcutaneous tissue and brought out thru separate incision. skin closed with 2 layer intermediate closure of fascia..........

not sure how to do this..

dr has under OPERATION PERFORMED:
1. wide local exc skin and soft tissue of peritoneum
2. closure of peritoneum
3. drain placement to the subcutaneous tissue

I would appreciate any advice....................Teresa C:confused:
