Need help with an open code. All the codes I find are scopes.

Dr. performed the following:

PREOPERATIVE DIAGNOSIS (ES)
Left hip femoroacetabular impingement
Labral tear
POST OPERATIVE DIAGNOSIS (ES)
Same
PROCEDURE (S)
Open femoral neck osteochondroplasty
Acetabuloplasty
Labral debridement
