:confused:Can someone help me with this, please?

The deep posterior compartment was opened with exposure of the FHL. A larage articular ganglion cyst was excised. A large posterior exostosis was found protruding from the posterior aspect of the base of the talar dome which impinges against the posterior malleolus with ankle plantarflexion. This process was removed with rongeurs. A small articular loose body was removed.

I can not seem to find the open code for this procedure.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
