Operation:
1 open liver cyst fenestration of 100+ cysts. .
2. Limited intraoperative ultrasound of the liver to assess disease extent.

Procedure Details:
Exposure:
After obtaining informed consent, the patient was taken to the operating room and placed supine on the operating room table. General anesthesia with endotracheal intubation was induced. The patient's abdomen was then prepped and draped in usual sterile fashion. Timeout was called where the patient's demographics and procedure were confirmed. A central line, arterial line and Foley catheter placed for monitoring. The chevron incision was made and the abdomen was explored. The falciform ligament was taken down. Thompson retractor was placed to aid exposure.

Cyst fenestrations:
The gastrocolic and hepatic flexure of the colon were taken down and a limited ultrasound to assess extent of disease. The liver was mobilized but taking down the ligaments. The lesions (100+) cysts were decompressed with fenestrations. The largest cysts on segment 6,7,8,1, and 2 were particularly drained.
