Hello. I am looking for insight to initiating an in house billing system for a chiroprator. New to the billing world. New graduate.

The best way to set up a new business would be to first call around to local chiropractors in the area and find out what software they are using and make sure it is 5010 ready and which clearinghouse is used to file claims. You would probably want to set up a demo with the software vendors to see the options of the program and if it is something that would be beneficial to your needs as a practice.
